RTL AdAlliance opened its first sales office in Spain on 29 September 2026. Artur Kobryn, vice president of international sales, runs it. The Spanish broadcaster Atresmedia Publicidad is backing the move.

Artur Kobryn leads a team of four named managers

Kobryn works with Mattia Badino as head of advertising and Michela Bruno on agency partnerships. Simone Rondena is advertising manager for southern Europe. The office gives Spanish advertisers and media agencies a direct contact for European video inventory.

Atresmedia Publicidad backs the launch

Atresmedia Publicidad sells advertising for one of Spain’s largest commercial broadcasters. Its general director José Miguel García-Gasco Martínez said the launch “reinforces the strategic alliance” between the two companies. He also said connected TV, meaning sets wired to the internet, sits at the centre of the shift in Spain’s video market.

The sales house carries ITV, M6, RAI and France.tv

RTL AdAlliance calls its offer Total Video. It bundles linear channels from RTL, ITV, M6 and RAI with broadcaster streaming services such as France.tv, RTL+ and Videoland, plus HBO Max, Samsung TV Plus and Waipu TV. One order can therefore cover several countries and several screens. PubMatic’s episode-level CTV targeting works on the same stock at a smaller scale.

European video supply keeps rearranging itself. Netflix’s ad plan reaches nine more European countries in March, and Sony turned the PlayStation 5 into an ad-supported channel. More places to run video means more work for whoever sells them together.

If you plan video in Spain, look at how your agency buys cross-border inventory today. From this week the same European stock can be ordered through a local team rather than a foreign one. Chief executive Stéphane Coruble called the office “an important milestone” in the group’s European growth.
