TikTok is turning its comment box into a small studio. From 3 September people can reply with a voice recording, a poll or up to nine photos.
TikTok now has 189 million users a month in the European Union, up from 178 million six months earlier. Computers now make 94 percent of its decisions to remove posts.
The US consumer watchdog is close to accusing YouTube of telling users one set of rules and then applying another, Bloomberg reports. YouTube has not commented.
