Who runs this site
Marketingnewsroom.com is published by IMARKETING Sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawla II 150/127, 31-864 Krakow, Poland, KRS 0001203282, VAT ID PL6751820741, referred to below as the Publisher. Contact: editor@marketingnewsroom.com.
These terms set out how the site may be used. They serve as the terms of service for electronically supplied services under Polish law, which governs this site.
What the site offers
Marketing Newsroom is an online daily covering marketing, media, communications and public relations. The Publisher provides free of charge: access to editorial content and the archive, a search function, a newsletter subscription and a contact route to the editorial office.
No registration or account is needed to read the site.
What you need
A device with an internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, plus a working email address for the newsletter. Using the internet carries the usual risks, so we recommend keeping your software and security tools up to date.
How the site may be used
Reading is unrestricted. You may not submit unlawful content, interfere with the operation of the site, including scanning it, flooding it with requests or circumventing safeguards, or harvest content automatically in a way that burdens the server.
The Publisher expressly reserves its rights in respect of text and data mining under Art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Automated collection of content from this site to build datasets or train artificial intelligence models requires our separate written permission.
Newsletter
You subscribe by entering an email address and confirming the sign-up. The subscription is free, open-ended and can be ended at any time through the link in every message or by writing to the editorial office. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and needs no explanation.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. Unsubscribing achieves the same result.
How we handle the address is described in the Privacy policy.
Copyright and republishing
Articles, graphics, the logotype and the layout of the site are protected by copyright held by the Publisher or the authors we work with. Photographs come from free stock libraries and are used under their licences, with the rights remaining with the photographers.
Without asking us you may: quote extracts within the limits of the right of quotation, naming the author, the title and linking to the source; link to our articles; and use them for personal purposes.
Our permission is required to: republish whole articles or substantial parts of them, publish translations, use our material in commercial publications, or copy photographs together with our editorial treatment of them. Write to editor@marketingnewsroom.com.
How our articles are made
Articles are produced by the editorial team with the support of automated tools, from at least three independent sources, which we list under every text. The full method is set out in our Editorial standards. The editor-in-chief is responsible for what we publish.
Advertising and sponsored content
The site is funded by advertising. Material produced for a client carries a visible label and the partner’s name. Editorial content is written independently of advertisers.
Liability
We publish with due care, but the information here is general in nature and is not legal, tax or investment advice. Any decision you take on the basis of it is your own.
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, and we reserve the right to interrupt the service for maintenance and development work.
Complaints and corrections
Complaints about the services described here go to editor@marketingnewsroom.com with your email address and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days.
A request to correct an inaccurate or untrue statement goes to the same address and is handled under Art. 31a and following of the Polish Press Law. Factual errors are corrected in the text and marked with the date of the update.
Consumers in the EU may also use out-of-court complaint procedures available in their country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We announce changes on the site at least 14 days in advance and notify newsletter subscribers by email. Continuing to use the site after the changes take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you can unsubscribe.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Press Law, the Act on electronic services and the Act on copyright and related rights. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
These terms apply from 2 September 2026.
